Mike Steward is the founder of Vision Fox Business Advisors and has worked as a business broker for more than two decades. He has helped owners evaluate businesses, prepare for market, find buyers, negotiate transactions, work through diligence, and complete ownership transitions.
Mike is also an active business owner and operator. He understands that the decision to sell is rarely only financial. It can involve retirement, identity, family, employees, partnerships, health, burnout, opportunity, and the question of what comes next.
His role is to bring candor, pattern recognition, market perspective, and transaction leadership to a decision the owner may make only once.
