Hi, Mike Steward here. I have been coaching business professionals throughout various roles since 2001. This is what I do! In addition to my own startups and acquisitions, I have worked helping owners and sales professionals across industries grow their businesses.
I always have worked since the age of 14. After earning my bachelor’s degree, my career path started with 4 years of successfully growing territories in industrial sales. During these years I worked closely with engineers, maintenance crews, and corporate presidents. This allowed me to learn how to effectively communicate with a wide range of business people within some of the largest chemical plants and paper mills in the Southeast.
During my 5 years as a District Manager for the world’s largest wine and spirits maker, I managed and trained hundreds of salespeople and managers. During these years I launched, managed and grew brands and people within the South Florida market, the #2 wine and spirits market in the United States, while always exceeding goals.
In 2006, the entrepreneur bug bit. I have started and operated 5 new businesses from inception to exit. In addition, I have helped launch 2 major franchise brands while staying on as a COO, President and Vice President during post-launch stages. During the past 14 years I have also worked closely with close to 100 business owners in the ever changing industry of real estate.
I have been humbly awarded with Realtor of the Year, served various roles on board of directors, including president, and earned certifications in coaching, training and state real estate educator license.
