The real estate industry seems to still be in my DNA. First, some quick history. Back in 2006, I made a career change by buying a real estate property management company. We, then, went on to start a successful real estate sales company and vacation rental business. We later sold the sales and vacation rental company, and I moved on to help a local independent legacy brand roll out an international real estate franchise brand in my local market (Sotheby’s International Realty). In 2018, after 12 years in the real estate industry, I decided to take my passion a bit wider and started Vision Fox Business Advisors. The goal is to help small to midsize business owners through coaching, franchising, exit planning and helping sell the business when it is time. I felt like I needed to widen my scope outside of the real estate industry.
During the summer of 2019, the real estate industry gave me a slight wink and a pull back in that direction. I worked with another local company on rebranding, and we ended up rolling out a strong regional real estate franchise brand to accomplish his goals (Crye Leike Real Estate, based out of Tennessee). I took it on because…it was exciting! I LOVE this type of project. I had met the founder and franchisor back in 2008 and had been following their brand throughout the years. My client stayed enthused and energized about what we were to accomplish and made it fun to sprint with this new local roll out.
Although my job is now complete with the local project, I still really like the culture and the offering that Crye Leike Real Estate offers its franchisees. So here comes that wink and pull back towards the real estate industry once again. Crye Leike Real Estate corporate and I decided to continue our relationship at a deeper level. We have entered into an agreement, and they are a new franchise client of mine.
So what does that mean? I have several franchise clients who I work with in a variety of industries and at different levels. I am honored to make this 43 year old company my exclusive real estate sales franchise. I will be helping Crye Leike Real Estate Sales grow their footprint throughout the United States, while helping entrepreneurs who want to own a successful real estate brokerage. I truly look forward to my growing relationship with Harold Crye (Founder and CEO) and Keith Sullivan (President) as we help future business owners with a turnkey real estate business model.
